Shipping Policy

Service Overview

As a bespoke tailoring maison—not a conventional e-commerce retailer—Suit Lounge does not operate an in-house shipping division.

  • Domestic Shipments (India): We prepare and hand over garments to the carrier of your choosing.

  • International Collections: Patrons outside India coordinate pick-up with their selected carrier; we shall furnish the parcel for hand-off upon completion.

Lead Times

  • Standard Service: Fourteen (14) days from order confirmation (inclusive of one trial fitting on Day 7).

  • Express Service: Seven (7) days (subject to fabric availability and stylist scheduling; premium fees apply).

  • Priority Service: Forty-eight (48) hours (subject to availability; highest premium fees apply).

All timelines are indicative. Exact delivery schedules and any surcharges will be confirmed by your stylist at the time of order.

Alterations & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: Not applicable, given the bespoke nature of each garment.

  • Alterations: Complimentary for any physically viable and logically appropriate modifications. Requests must be made within seven (7) days of delivery.

Liability for Loss or Damage

Once garments are entrusted to your chosen carrier, any loss or damage must be pursued directly with that carrier under their indemnity provisions.
